Before you apply, please note some information below.

• Our leases expire on May 15th and August 15th.  Most units are available a few days after those dates.  If you have a special move-in date please note that date on additional information on the from below.
• Our 2 bedroom units accommodate 2 adults and up to 2 children
• Our 3 bedroom units accommodate 3 adults and up to 2 children, or 2 adults and up to 3 children.  Exceptions may be made for the summer months.
• All leases are 1 year, we do not do 9 month leases.
• You must also fill out a TAA rental application that can be obtained at our office.
